POINT AND SHOOT - part 1

Cheap or not, all the “point and shoot” cameras have some things in common - easy and fun to use and for the most, very accessible and strait foreward. As someone put it - “The best camera? The one you bring along…”

For traveling or just in the bag for your daily life it´s perfect to have a-not-so-exepensive small camera. Sure, some models are a bit high-end and can be rather pricy but there are a few gems that’s not that expensive.

There are so many models out there from the 80’s and 90’s and I recomend to look at the lens. A fix lens (often a 28mm or 35/38mm) with apeture at 2,8 or 3,5 you’re good to go. Bring it and use it!

All pictures below are shot with some kind of “point-and-shoot” tagged along through my everyday life and travel. All images are homedeveloped and scanned by me.
